If you're not satisfied with a paid SkinMatch AI plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team with the email address on your account and the date of the payment, and we will process the refund through our payment provider, Midtrans. Refunds are returned to the original payment method — the e-wallet, virtual account or card you paid with — and typically appear within 5–14 business days depending on the payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future payments; your paid access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and your readings remain readable on the Free plan afterwards. Because SkinMatch plans renew manually, simply not paying again also ends the plan — nothing is ever charged without your action.
