SkinMatch AI is operated by Nagatama Software House ("we", "us", the "seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you have the authority to do so (and are of legal age in your jurisdiction).

SkinMatch AI is a cosmetic colour-matching software product. It provides cosmetic, non-diagnostic skin appearance readings performed on your own device, product and ingredient compatibility information, foundation shade guidance, and cosmetic registration-number checks. The service is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is a digital software subscription for cosmetic product matching.

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• infringing intellectual property rights of others;
• interfering with security, introducing malware, probing, or scraping the service;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing plan limits.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Indonesian Rupiah. Plans renew manually — you pay again to extend your period, and nothing is ever charged without your action. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future payments and your paid access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Our refund policy is described at skinmatch.nagatama.app/refund.

Payments are processed by Midtrans (PT Midtrans Payment Indonesia, a Stripe company) as our payment processor, supporting QRIS, e-wallets, virtual accounts and cards. Your payment details are collected and handled by Midtrans; Nagatama Software House never stores your full payment credentials.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When your access ends, your readings remain readable on the Free plan; you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Makassar, Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
